The following is an invitation to a typical Leadership Training Seminar for LCMS
pastors in the Michigan District. The announcement is sent from the Michigan District
Office.
As you read the announcement please notice that:
- The meeting will be held in "The People's Church."
- The presentation will be from a nondenominational leadership training organization
headed up by Dr. John Maxwell of INJOY.
- The meeting has absolutely nothing to do with Lutheranism because we now have of other
more effective ways to grow churches.
The message from the District Office reads as follows:
We have been notified that the location of the Leadership 2000, Lansing, MI scheduled
for March 31, 2000 has been moved from the Breslin Center to The People's Church; 200 W.
Grand River Avenue; East Lansing. If you are registered you can find more information
related to this conference by checking out their web page at:
